Ashley Messina, Esq., Founder

Ashley Messina - the human behind HumanSync - is a corporate attorney with a dual background in accounting and marketing, graduating cum laude in both her undergraduate studies and from UIC School of Law in Chicago. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri. She began her legal career in Big Law practicing mergers and acquisitions, advising on complex transactions and strategic investments, and later transitioned in-house to a Fortune 200 company where she supports high-impact corporate deals and business initiatives.

Raised in a family of small business owners, Ashley brings a grounded understanding of the pressures entrepreneurs face when they are trying to operate, grow, and protect their businesses. That perspective fuels her belief that legal support should never be a barrier to entry. She is committed to creating accessible pathways for business owners to get clarity, confidence, and practical solutions without the traditional cost hurdles.

Ashley is also an advocate for integrating human legal judgment with modern technology. She believes that legal practitioners should work with AI, not against it, and that the future of the profession lies in combining expert oversight with smart, efficient tools. This belief is what led Ashley to found Human Sync, a modern legal resource that combines the efficiency of technology with the assurance of experienced attorney review. Her work reflects a forward-looking approach to law, one that empowers business owners, embraces innovation, and reimagines how legal services can serve people in a changing world.
